immaculately dressed, handsome and an engineer,
It’s difficult to believe that his sixtieth
birthday is so near !
Busy
at office as he handles assignments of paramount importance,
Arranges
all important meetings of top officials with ease & elegance.
A
lyricist par excellence, poetry comes to him very naturally,
His
love for women & nature overflows in his poems perpetually.
He
draws his inspiration from a beautiful poetess living far away,
His
burning desire seeking his distant love, keeps growing every day.
Poems
penned rhythmically often become lovely soulful songs,
Many
songs from Indian movies are derived from his compositions.
Connections
with the world of poetry & music took him to dizzy heights,
Number
of commercial song writers are now spending sleepless nights !!
His
books on a Nobel laureate launched in various languages,
Made
him a household name internationally and across all ages.
Now
amongst top three English Poets world-wide, whom none can displace,
Like
Dylan, Lennon & McCartney, his audience is the entire human race.
Belonging
to a Royal family of Landlords which once used to stay in Bihar,
Now
in love with Bengal and popularly known as Naresh
of Bhadreswar.
His
love for family, friends, nature, sports and photography are exemplary,
But
his books, rhymes & music are mostly discussed being extra-ordinary.
He
has dedicated number of his books & music for the welfare of humanity,
Whatever
he does are not for monetary gain but pure measures of charity.
I
consider myself very fortunate as I get to rub my shoulders with him often,
He
is due to visit US as State guest soon and I will be missing
him then.
Success
like this however has not made him an unfriendly character
Money,
fame and glory notwithstanding, he
remains a friend forever.
